Thank you for your interest in the 1st Annual Renewable Energy Stampede and Green Living Fair.

Booth Fees:
Prices on the Exhibitor Application (next page) that are listed in the second column are available only for 2009 Roundup exhibitors.  Save on application fees by applying for a booth early.

1 Skirted table and 2 chairs provided per exhibit
- Regular Outdoor Space(s):    12' x 12' spaces in grassy area with no shelter
- Transportation Area: 18' x 20' spaces.  Dealt with on case-by-case basis.  Boundaries strictly enforced.
- Trailer & Large Structures:  On paved area. Multiples of 12' x 12' spaces, minimum 12’x24’.  Dealt with on case-by-case basis.

 

PAYMENT: Full payment is required with application. Make Checks payable to TXSES Stampede Fund. Upon receipt, the prospective exhibitor’s check will be deposited. If the application is not accepted, the funds will be returned minus a $20 processing fee. Through March 1, exhibitors canceling their booth will receive a refund, minus a $20 processing fee.

After March 1 there will be no refunds. The Stampede will be held regardless of weather. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather or other ‘acts of God. Credit card payment options are available during your check out process, you will be redirected to our paypal account for completion.
